Four-layer device can be grown in a one growth cycle. The key features are that the individual layer magnetization and coercive fields are adjustable in a broad range, and the ferromagnetic layers consist of the same elements. The ferromagnetic layers can be insulators, conductors, or one layer can be an insulator and the second one can be a conductor. Also, the electrodes can be chosen to possess a structure which is compatible with the ferromagnetic layers.
